Not a member yet?

If you want to be a member of MDT, please click the Membership Application link on the left. Tell us about yourself and how you want to participate with us.

Please note: you cannot log in until your membership application is processed and activated by a human volunteer. We try to do this within one business day, but sometimes it takes longer. 

You will receive two e-mails after you complete the form. The first says we received your application. The second says your membership is active, which means you can log in to see members-only pages, register for events and meetings, and eventually do other great things.
